How can you open microsoft project from access?

Was this post useful to you?

I have an access database that we store product and production data in. I can open this database from microsoft project through a ADODB connection, run a query, and up date task fields in project from it. What I want to do is open the project file from access, populate a list box with task fields from project, be able to make changes to those fields if required, store the data, and update those same fields in the project file. What I don't know how to do is open project from access and get the code to run to retrieve the correct data. Can anyone steer in the right direction? Thank you for any help.
