2003 admin install

I'm using the Custom installation wizard for Office 2003. But when it does
the upgrade, cached mode is off for the user. What do I need to do to make
it turn cached mode on?

Are you talking about cached mode for Outlook, or a local installation cache
for the setup files?

Outlook. But silly me, I didn't look in the modify profile section. I was
