Gday,

Here is my dilema:
I have a website which is at atspace.com. I have been using a
www.cjb.net redirection to make my URL shorter. I have just recently
obtained a better URL and host and am going to move my whole website to
the new host. When people log om to my website via the CJB url I want
them to be redirected to my new site. I have written a simple redirect
in the META tages of the html but when the site is redirected the URL
remains CJB because CJB cloaks the URL or something. (ie any site I
access from the CJB site has the same www.xxxxxxxx.cjb.net URL) This
basically defeats the purpose of getting a new URL.
What should I do?

PS, Read up on proper usenet posting, the correct way of writing sigs
etc etc before replying to any posts!.
It will make people happier.

Yeh, but then if I make that a link and they click on it the URL will
remain the same.
Or I could make the link open in a new window - that must be the only
option.

Note, if you do open the link in a new window, which is an option, make
sure you place a note next to the link alerting users that you have
done so.

As I said before, You should read up on proper group posting styles,
Use the Show Options link in GG and then hit the reply button, that
will mean you quote the relivant bits of the message.
It's people like you that make the regular members block us lergitermet
Google Users, after they filter out the Google Groups headers.
