local Blindness agency and getting one of their website testers to take
a look at your website.
Their is also some very good web accessibility checking tools around.
Maybe take a look at: http://www.visionaustralia.org.au and what they
have to say regarding web accessibility.
Note, they may be able to help you out as well.
