I'm running script on the left hand side with scrolling banner. After
the scrolling banner was programmed, IE is displaying the text above in
a transparent background we have looked in the code and cannot seem to
find the issue, please help. It looks fine in Firefox, Safari, and
Opera.

My 2nd issue is the menu system is displaying lines around each of the
main drop down menu, but in IE, Safari, and Opera it displays just
