Hi,
I'm looking for a mailing list script (php) that has a function to let
users to reach out to all recipient on the list by simple send the
email to a specific maillist- address.
Mailman and ezmlm has this functionn but as I just got a webserver
account I
can't use them or install them.

(It might be possible to get your hosting package to do what you want, but
that isn't what its designed for, it won't be all that easy or efficient,
and I wouldn't be surprised if it violated your service contact).
