I am working on my first online store. Just a small things with maybe
15 "products". I am using Telus as my ISP and they provide
EasyStoreMaker Pro. But they don't provide tech support for it. They
said that I have to contact the software provider for support.

I am new to this (configuring an online transaction), and I just
couldn't find how to contact any support for EasyStoreMaker Pro. Maybe
it's my bad search technique, but I just couldn't find it.

I was trying to see how I can download the pages created so I can
customize them, but couldn't locate the pages in the folder that they
are supposed to be.

So I have 2 *desperate* questions:
(1) Can someone point me to somewhere (web link, phone number) so I can
seek some support for EasyStoreMaker Pro? I need to get something up
within 24 hours!
(2) I know of osCommerce. If all else fail, would I be able to set up a
store using osCommerce quick enough? I've already got a merchant
account and all that. I just need help in configuring the connections.

seems to be from various web hosting companies. I've tried a couple and
they all only provide help for their own customers. I will look closely
at these links, but at a quick glance, none seems to be *the* company
who design and sells EsayStoreMaker Pro. I maybe wrong, but I am
expecting something like www.easystoremaker.com or something like that.

Do you know who produce this software??

Regarding (2), do you have any comments on that?
