- HELP:Alt tag hover

Hi, I would like to create an effect similar to the alt tag for images, but
instead of just being the standard text box that pops up I would like a
bigger, coloured, multiline text box.
I have seen this but can't remember where.
Anyone know how or where it is used?

That effect don't work in anything(?) else than IE. Same goes for
other "effects" on the site. Never stopped loading when wieving it in
Mozilla.

I know, but the site pretty much validates beyond that and ALT tags. The
site is a fun site where I experiment, so I dont care too much about how it
runs (although, it does generate over 3000 IP addresses a day, which is
frightening)
