Here is the follow up of my post a few days ago

I got a reply form the script owner. "The closes version I still have to yours
is the auction standard version 3.10 the version 2.85 that you had was totaly
delete from the system several years ago.

Find the version 3.10 attached."

So it looks like there are great people out there. They have a higher version
but this will do I said in my email that I would pay the defrance between the
price I paid and the price of the script now and he said dont worry about it.
