CSS | .htc/Microsoft filters in Firefox?

Is there a way to make the Microsoft CSS filters work in FireFox?
Specificly the pixelate one. You know:
filterrogidXImageTransform.Microsoft.Pixelate etc.

If not, does anyone know of a prewritten pixelate javascript?

Pondering the eternal question of "Hobnobs or Rich Tea?", KoRnDragon
finally proclaimed:

No. Filters are purely a Microsoft thing, and IIRC use ActiveX controls
to do fancy things. Firefox doesn't support ActiveX, and even if you use
the ActiveX extension I don't think it supports filters then either.
