if i have a project in mind, and i'm seeking a webmaster for it...

how, what can i do to make sure the webmaster doesn't steal or replicate my
business model?

Keep in mind that unless you choose someone with decades of
experience, the person will learn something from doing your project.
There can be a fine line between what is learned as techniques or
approaches, and what qualifies as replication.

I'd suggest someone with lots of experience who is not a crook.

site is done. Once it's on the internet, it becomes fair game to

:-p. If I ever have a project that needs some serious CSS magic, I know

Together with the happy birtday card from my mom. She posted it the 5th of
February, the stamp says the 6th, and it arrived the 17th, so well over 5
weeks as well. I think I got her Merry Christmas around my birthday :-D

Anyway, many thanks, a lot of reading fun, and a lot of stuff to learn and
check out :-D

That's nothing, I inherited the business from my grandfather. Being a

Our secret?

Even our pets master the web:

Look at that: accessible, correct usage of semantic mark up, natural
colors, etc.
