- CCBill / JPost Error

While using CCBill for online transactions, recently my customers
receive an error after they submit their credit card information. The
error is "Invalid response JPost local error".
My hosting provider is GoDaddy.com, and I am just curious what this
error means, and if it is on CCBill's side or GoDaddys.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
