without knowing HTML or Dreamweaver.....?

seriously...if you are going to run a shop you DON'T simply stick a prefab
shed somewhere on the high street...the same applies if you intend to do
business online...get it wrong at the start and you may never recover

buddy up with a webmaster on your project is one way to do it...you do the
book stuff and let him/her do the web stuff and split the profits.....plenty
of webmasters will take you on with this sort of an arrangement...make
nothing pay nothing....
