I've been asked to write and install a site on to fasthosts.co.uk
Can anyone here tell me of known aggro with this host? - or are
they just too good for words?

And lo, didst speak in alt.www.webmaster:
As a former online RPG player... that question brings up some peculiar

them since 1999. Support is wonderful if you ring at (say) 3 or 4 in the
morning; don't try during working hours or you'll be number 50 odd in the

I used them around 2000. They were dire beyond description. Sites going
down daily, and appalling "customer service".
To pick up Mr Tasso's point. You should get your own server. It will be
much cheaper than paying UK bandwidth. Particularly with the beneficial
exchange rate, you can get them for very reasonable money.
