- Mugs (and other promo items)

I understand that there are website where a club or society can upload a
graphic, then allow members or other supporters to purchase mugs,
coasters, mousemats, T-shirts and the like, bearing that logo, which are
created on an "on demand" basis, with no initial outlay; the club or
society receiving a cut of the profits.
Can anyone recommend one, preferably UK based please?
