Posted by Krustov on October 16th, 2005

(1) a computer
(2) a internet connection
(3) a domain name
(4) the webspace to put it on
(5) a web author to build it
(6) a web browser to view it
(7) a image editor
(8) a ftp program
(9) a user with minimum skills and the time to do or use all the above

Have I missed anything out .
