Was just wondering whether there is a free date control available I can drop
into my pages?

It needs to allow javascript to query it for the current date selected, be
able to scroll forward and backwards by years, and needs to be
redistributable as part of a windows setup project (its part of an app which
uses a web page as the main interface).
