Okay, I have imported an mpeg into flash, I want to chop off the first few
hundred frames leaving 200. So I select these frames, go 'Remove frames'. It
removes the amount I selected but the 200 frames of video remaining still
starts at frame 1 of the mpeg.

Is this a format issue where you can't cut the start point? If it just a
flash incapability, can anyone reccomend a freeware mpeg video editor which
also lets you overlay new audio?
