CSS IE issue
Posted by aerotops on March 9th, 2006

Hi,
I have a form with multiple fields (textfields, drop downs etc.) I am
using CSS to pop up a box with an explanation for that field when a
particular field has focus. I am using layers (div tags) and the
z-index to do this. All is fine on Firefox. But on IE, when the pop up
box is over a drop down field, the drop down field is superimposed over
the pop up box which does not look good. Its works fine for text fields
etc. Is anyone aware of this issue and how I might correct it?
Thanks,
Harsh.

You can't, it's a bug. Fixed in IE7.
