Hi, I would like to know, what my options are for developing a site to
include a database, I would like the database to hold stock info, this is a
task for uni I will be using DW with mySQL but would like more options for
documentation.

IMHO it is important to get the schema of your db right the first time,
so try to think of whatever it may need in the future now. It's a real
PITA to add a field or fields months or years later when there are
thousands of records.
