First off make sure you are educated on all the changes, visit
http://www.davidbartosik.com/pub2002.htm and read at minimum the first 3
articles.
I'd also suggest reviewing the FAQ page and the tutorial on 2002.

I'm betting your 2002 web page is probably a different .htm file name than
is the 2000 .html file. In which case the prior would not over-write the
latter on the server and hence you would see no change because you are still
looking at the old file.

But after you go thru all the documentation I provide you I'm thinking
you'll figure it out.
