- Publisher 2003 Text Box Linking?

I'm making a Publisher 2003 Web document and have a table I want to the
link to a portion of the page further down in my document, like a pdf
Is there a way to do this?
As in, I want to click on the text 'Exciting New Products!' and then i
will travel down the document to where I have a section on the ne
products

I was assuming he just wanted to jump from one spot on the page to another spot
on the page.
