- Pub 2K - converting from print to html - some pages lose hyperlinks

When I save my web site as a web document, some pages of hyperlinks don't
work at all. Any info on this particular phenomenon?

There are a few things you can do to cause this, some of which are covered
on my FAQ page www.davidbartosik.com/faq.htm
My first guess would be that you did a bunch of layering and as a result you
do not have an html page but rather you just have a single image. You can
tell real quick by doing a right click anywhere on the page and if the menu
select has a Save Picture As, select that option and save, then browser to
where you saved the file and open it, if the image is one of your web page
than there is your answer.
The material on my site does cover the fact that you don't want to layer
objects.
