- problem with publishing my web

Even if I follow what is indicated in the help section I
can't publish on the web FTP.
And if I want to use an other software as Cute-FTP I don't
find the " Default index.html file ".
Does anybody know what to do?

you didn't state your version but I'm going to guess 2002.
