I searched through the FAQ's and turned off the
subfolders option. I have uploaded all the images and I
still can't see the graphics on my page. Help!

I can tell by the code that you haven't followed my recommendations and
loaded service packs 1 and 2. I hope you'll review my documentation and
follow the advice.

the images are not loaded or are not loaded to the proper place.

the code for your page background image is
index_image001.jpg
when I type in http://www.apostolicnetwork.com/upcr...x_image001.jpg
I do get that image, so that one is loaded correctly and indeed displays on
the page.

I saw a couple of other images in the code..
index_image002.gif
and
index_image003.gif

when I type in http://www.apostolicnetwork.com/upcr...x_image002.gif
I find it is not there, hence the page cannot load it.
same thing for index_image003.gif

I would suggest you upload with Publisher to make sure the images are
properly loaded.
