I am not up to speed on publisher but have created a website site that test
well but I have tried to upload for 3 weeks the website
www.australiancompliance.com has partially loaded but I cannot load the rest
Can anyone help

You failed to state what version of Publisher you are using but based on
what I see at your URL I am guessing it's version 2002.
With Version 2002 you must save the file as the name of "index.htm", that
creates the index file that the web server needs to make the site operate as
expected.
