First Web Site
Posted by JJT on February 7th, 2006

I am currently designing a website for a wedding and party supply business.
The website will be very basic, mostly text and a few photos to show
different things they can do. I have been trying to read through the posts to
see if Publisher is a good design tool. This is my first and probably last
attempt at web design. Is Publisher a good tool to use in designing a web
site? If not, would Frontpage be better?

Thanks

I personally prefer Publisher over Frontpage. If you are not HTML savy but
would like to be able to place and move your text and pictures about
Publisher makes this process very easy. You can't do a lot of complicated
stuff on Publisher, but for a simple site Publisher is extremely easy to use
and sufficient.

Thank you! And no I am not HTML savy so I will stick with Publisher and go
from there. Thanks again.
