Hi All,
I inserted Date and Time on my web page, I also selected " Update
automatically". After pages being uploaded on web site, I don't see any
change of "Date and Time".
What's Wrong

You are mis-interpreting that. That is not a "last updated" feature for a
web page. It is simply a time stamp for the file like it is in MS Word.
