How can I make my web pages look centered in the browser
windows using Publisher 2002?

Yes Suzanne, you can center your web pages in MS Publisher 2002. However, if
you have a search engine on it, it may (at least mine does) go to the right
edge of the page.
Here is how I center my web pages using notepad, and clicking on "show all
files". Then go to the page you want.
You do it exactly as you do in Publisher 2000, except you have to scroll way
down the page until you come to <body bg= (that also has
background-"back.gif) and also (topmargin=0 leftmargin=0> immediately below
that make a place for <center>
Then scroll down to the bottom and put </center> immediately above
</body> then save, and go to the next page and repeat exactly what you did
in the first page you did.
It works for me.
Sincerely Dick

This may or may not work it depends on the existing code in the page that
Pub wrote and that differs by content and layout. There are two down sides
to it, 1 is that the center tag is deprecated now (www.w3c.org) and thus it
may not be supported and 2, manual code edits need to be redone after every
resave in Publisher.
