- Can publisher be used as an email template like word?

Is there any way Publsher can be used through Outlook the same as Word can be.

Publisher is not a word processor/text editor. So that interaction would be
incorrect.
You can however design a publication in Publisher and use it's "send as
email" feature to send an html based email thru Outlook.
