hi,
in added my site usong the google
http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl
but even after 3 weeks he does not find it. also MSN doesn not find it.
Please advice

So now your web site is in the Google queue. In that case, don't start
worrying for another three or four weeks.
If that answer is insufficient for you, then please provide the URL for us
to analyze any trouble areas you may encounter after the web site gets
listed.
In the meantime, I suggest you spend some time building pages and getting a
few quality relevant backlinks.
