the nr1 is an affiliate link which publishers place on their sites. It
isn't a real site.
I hear a lot of blabla about Google banning spam but everytime i check
SERP's i see more spam in Google's SERP's.

Hey, i like Google. I wouldn't wanna change my favorit SE but if it

Hm, wouldn't it be rather you getting annoyed and aggitatet about Google?

I do see spammy and crappy sites to that are listed no.1 for a while and
then suddenly they drop.

Don't forget that there is a whole legion of people out there that give
a <censored>sh...</censored> about seo ethics. And it's hard to fight them.

Note that if things change and MSN (or anybody else) will get so popular
as Google is it will get into the same trap - everyone and his dog will
start optimizing sites for MSN. And MSN will have exactly the same
problems Google faces now. Even without AdSense, as traffic is the king,
traffic translates to customers, and organic traffic is (almost) for free.
