Where could I buy text links, and what are usual prices?
Let's say forexample 5 - 10 pages with PR 3 - 5 (propably for best
result these should rather be 1 page from 1 site?), and if I want 1 text
link for each of those 5 - 10 pages.
Is it $20/month, or is it $400 /month?
btw is it worth doing to have english pages to link to non-english site
with non-english keywords?

There are various places to buy text links. Do a search for 'text link
brokers'. Alternatively, approach a site and ask for link - offering to pay
'if need be'. If interested, they'll give you a price.

Ideally they'd be the same language, but the reality is if the page
passes PR (some sites that sell links don't pass PR, especially higher
PR sites selling site wide links) then it will help.
