- Since adding Talk to gmail, my company cant access gmail

Since google decided to add Google Talk right into the gmail.com
website, my company blocks gmail.com for every user because of our
instant messaging guidelines. It would be nice to turn that feature off
somehow so all the users of my company (thousands) could check their
personal mail while at work.

I'm having the same problem with my network at school. Is there
something I can add to the mail.google.com url to specify no chat?
