- Google site is not accesible!

I've been trying to enter google's web site for the last 5 days and a
small vertical blue image appeares at the upper left side, and that's
it. I beleive that it is a problem with Internet Explorer, because I've
heared that the site is accesible by other programs.
Does anybody know exactly what is going on, how can it be fixed?

I am falling into a problem myself. I have been trying to access my
gmail all morning and all I get is different characters accross my
screen and it is never my inbox. How can this get fixed.
