customizing the Public Service Search results
Posted by garence on March 27th, 2006

The search results listing from the Public Service Search are full of
tables and deprecated tags (font, for instance). This makes is quite
difficult to customize this output within the header and footer wrapper
allowed for inclusion by the service.

Is there an offering that's CSS-based? Or how about an XML feed? Both
of these options give control of presentation to the webmaster making
use of the service.

Might someone at Google be willing to spend a couple of hours to make
this happen?

Much thanks for your consideration here.
