I'm involved with the following web site http://www.bcan.org/ Bladder
Cancer Advocacy Network. When I search 'bladder cancer advocacy' it
shows up 4th. If I search only 'bladder cancer' it does not show up at
all in the approximately 700 results that are reported.

Why?
