- Ecommerce help sought

I'm looking for a company or programmer than can put together a pretty high
tech
shopping cart system. I can't get into budget at this time, although I know
this is
quite an important topic :-)
I need a site that will run via an excel spreadsheet, I'm not interested in
any of these
online shopping cart options.
Must have SSL, don't need any processing requirements, as we do all our own
credit card processing manually, currently, unless you could provide a
better
proposition.
I would want to manage it via the excel spreadsheet, updating products and
would
need these to take effect as soon as I ftp up the spreadsheet to the server.
I'm looking for a site that provides statistics for the orders, so we can
see what
items sell well, etc etc. the more statistics the better.
I want user friendly, user friendly user friendly.... the easer for the
customer the better,
I don't want them to have to keep repeatedly entering their information, so
the more
info the site can keep hold of the better.
I want customers to be able to log in and view orders, but also want them to
have the
option to order without logging in.
I want to be able to set setup and offer vouchers/discounts to all customers
when required
The site needs to be integrated into an already standing 100 page html
content website
I want customers to be able to review products online, so that other
customers can see
the reviews.
I'm sure I can think of other things, but that's for starters??
Any offers of help out there, or suggestions of a company that maybe able to
offer
what I need?
Cheers guys

Done!
Take a look at www.ezcat.com . This is the base shopping system. It
can easily be modified to provide what you want (if it doesn't already
do what you want). Its very advanced, easy to use, and in use by users
selling litterally millions of dollars of products each year.
I'd be happy to discuss this with you further.
Hope this helps!
